Tim McDowell's Classic Honda Restoration....

Post by e3steve » Mon Jan 24, 2011 1:35 pm

...as a supplier is flawless!

I ordered a few silly little bits for each of my bikes and received them via nuclear-powered catapult. He even spotted that I'd (somehow) duplicated my order and kindly cancelled the duplication without batting an eyelid.

Agreed! I have ordered form him several times in the past, and he has alwys been great. I had an issue with the 14mm bushings he sent me, and we had a great phone conversation while he actually took the time to try and install one on a kickshaft that he had. Very knowledgeable, and very helpful!

Got the pleasure to meet him in person at Mid-Ohio last year. Super guy indeed.

Tim is obviously an enthusiast who loves his Hondas as much as most of us do ours. His enthusiasm is based on that code, not just for money/business -- more for making a living?

Yes, they also helped me for a chain-fender, the rear-fender splash guard and some other small item's , fantastic stuff and service !

The rear fender splash guard I installed yesterday, perfect fit !

I wanna thank Tim and Lisa again ! Perfect !

I bought my CL77 from him I think. He was living near Baltimore at the time. Same person?
