Thanks sixitiescycle
I stopped by Star Brite yesterday. They are good guys. They've done some chrome for my cars. However, they wanted 350 per muffler. I am going to get a repro set from DSS or Overlander. DSS isn't ready to ship though.

Steve, good to know they are still in business. I had them do several pieces on my CL72 years ago when Vic was working out of his property on HW 213.

Are you going out to the swapmeets at PIR and Expo?

Hi Dick:
Yes, I've been going to Always in April for 30 years. There has been a pretty good batch of old Japanese Bikes lately. Always lots of trail 90's. I think back on the amazing barn finds that were out there back in the day. I usually just buy smalls though. Do you?

Steve, I went there regularly late '70's to early '80's then stopped. Got hooked again in the late '90's and have had stall's at Expo for over 15yrs now. I'm at the Red gate, #9227, #9228, right across from the hotdog and beer stand, stop by! I'm trying to finish up a red '64 CB77 to take out there and if the paperwork comes through I may drag out a '63 CL72.
Oh yeah that's a trail 90 heaven for someone looking! I did buy my C110 over at PIR last yr.

I will be out there Friday morning rain or shine. I'm looking forward to meeting you Dick. Back in the day, I used to park by the side of the road and walk the 1/2 mile in. Now I park at the horse track and ride the bus. There's a fellow with a booth near the main entrance of the lower parking lot who always has a couple of old Hondas. I'm also always on the lookout for pieces for my 50 Hudson and 59 Buick. That CB450D is a pretty rare bike. Have you had it at the Corvallis Show?

That's funny, the booth you mention would be our group and I usually have something out there. Last yr I had a red framed CL77 parts bike, one of the other guys had a nice CL77 and CB400F. I'll be out there starting Wed at PIR then be setting up on Thurs Expo. Hope to see you!

Yep the 450D is pretty rare and I have to get off my butt and finish it. It's a sweet runner, it has been at Corvallis once in it's unrestored condition.

That's a bit of a coincidence. Maybe I should buy a lotto ticket.
