It was about 3 miles of 8% grade back to back sharp curves and no problem passing them on the inside. I remember not being able to keep up with the pedals in top gear on a Schwinn Varsity.

Recently dug out my sister's '66 Schwinn Breeze and got it back on the road for her....a little rough, but it still works.....
That's a cool old bike!

It's fun passing cars. Even more fun is jumping on a bumper and "motor pacing"(at lower speeds, like 25 and below). You have to be careful, though, because some car drivers get nervous about a bicycle being so close to them. Still, it's a hoot!

I picked up an original swing bike from the 70's a few years back. The ones that steer/swivel from under the bananna seat as well as the Handel bars. Awesome thing to ride to the shops and freak people out

OK Stepper. Those are some seriously sublime vehicles.

Lol. thanks Eljeef,
I am quite proud of my bikes and hope to gain a similar level of aesthetic for my motorcycles.
My CA77 is my first motorcycle but I am already taking a different approach towards authenticity and aesthetic. With bicycles I never really worried about keeping things "correct" as long as things looked and felt right. With my motorcycle I seem to be held back a bit with the desire to keep things authentic.
