Something new in the stable

Who said it was only about Motorcycles? What else do you collect, restore, enjoy... ?

Something new in the stable

Post by 4shorts » Wed Jun 15, 2011 4:32 pm

Yep. It's a Mustang :)

The wife and I will be celebrating our 30th anniversary in July. To celebrate we decided to order a new 2012 Mustang. After an 11 week wait we finally got it. I spent the last 7 days adding a few goodies to it.

I don't get on this site much these days because our shop is flat out this time of the year and I don't do much with motorcycle restorations now so I figured I'd stop by show you our new ride. Sorry it's not a Honda. I had 30th anniversary decals done for the occasion and I spent a full day on the stripes. I won't list the stuff I've added. Just to many to list right now. You guys will see it in the photos. Hope everyone is having a nice summer so far.

Looks "Boss", Paul! Jeremy Clarkson would be tossing-off to those images, at the very least!

Congratulations bro'!!

Congrats on the Mustang and 30!!

My college roomate got a new '64 1/2 red/orange when they first came out as his high school graduation present, and it was a real attention-getter! It was a 6 cyl automatic! After he totalled it, his parents got him a new 390 4 speed convertible as punishment....go figure! I was thumbing back and forth to school at the time.....
