I'm having difficulty finding a front tire for my CB160. The dimesions on the tire don't make since to me. If anyone knows what the conversion is (some people have said 80/90/15, but they weren't 100%) please let me know. I want to go riding but my front tire is so dry rotted it doesn't look side to ride.

check with Kevin at Scrambler Cycle (http://www.scramblercycle.com/) He is a dealer for Heidenau tires. I got some for my 305 Super Hawk recently. Good price, good service. Has some of the older, smaller sizes. He might be able to help you.

I located a 250-18 cheng shin at Mid ohio last year and snatched it up. Not much out there to pick from. Equivelent to 80/90/18 or smaller.

This size is still used on bikes like the Honda CG125 around the world.

The CB160 uses a 2.50 x 18 front and a 2.75 x 18 rear. There is not much difference in the two tire sizes so unless you are doing a 100 point resto, you could use either size on both ends.

IRC makes a 250x18 that is a good general purpose tire. Just do a search on the web.

Rob
