Cannot advance points plate far enough

I had that problem with a 1967 C77 and the problem was that the cam lobe was excessively worn.

Actually, thinking back, I think it was LM himself who diagnosed this for me about 15 years ago.

Point Plate Advanced all the way!

Thank you for the info on my advance problem , I moved the cam chain ahead like you suggested , it runs very well now , thanks again Norman

Two of the three Honda twins Ife drug out of Barns lately have been off a tooth.
