I'm looking for this also. for 64 CL72. Any ideas for proper fitment?

I use a Motobatt MB5U on my CL77, fits straight in and has a clever terminal arrangement so the cables line up correctly too. Fully sealed so no nasty acid vent tube to worry about. They seem to last pretty well, ten years on I think I'm still on the second one.

Thanks. I've read some posts on this forum that raise concerns about the stock rectifier because it does not limit voltage. Have you installed an aftermarket regulator/rectifier like the Kohler CV20 or
the one offered here?

The latter, though limits voltage to 12,.5 and I wonder if that would adequately charge the battery.
