Ground Strap - Where does it connect to?

Ground strap - It goes from the negative on the batter to where on the motor casing? Anyone have a photo to show me?

No picture handy, but it goes on the motor mount bolt directly in front of the battery tray.

WHere does the other side connect to? The negative on the battery?

Yes, the negative post on the battery, which should be on the forward side. My stock cable doesn't reach the post on my aftermarket battery. PO had installed an extender. Just another possible problem to be aware of.

This picture is getting pretty scary!!
Make sure the paint is scraped off where the ground strap attaches to the frame.

Here's a pic of the battery ground strap mounting location.

Pay no attention to the extra black wire attached to the middle...my battery has the poles reversed from where they are supposed to be, and I had to run the ground wire all the way across to the back end of the battery.
