Grease fittings ????

Post by RonBou » Fri Sep 11, 2009 8:03 am

I have looked through both books that I have and done several searches here and cannot find an answer. There are what looks like grease fittings on both the clutch and front brake cables on my 66 305 Dream. Is that what they are? Use regular grease like on the rest of the fittings? The cables look dry but I don't want to make matters worse by using the wrong stuff. Thanks in advance for your help.

How do I delete one of these?

Don't know what I did but I don't know how to delete one of these duplicate posts.

LM...when you say "IF" what do you mean? Use the white grease or don't bother? Not trying to be smart...just curious.

Yep.
If lube was needed I would wonder why as HONDA discontinued the zerk totally. ......lm
