Chasing down an oil leak.

While chasing down an oil leak under the right side cover of my cb77 project bike, I found that I have seepage between the kick start shaft seal and the output shaft seal, right where the 2 halves of the case meet. Its about a droplet every 5 minute or so.
My question is: Should I split the case and reseal? Or does anyone have another fix? Thanks! Tootie

i also want to know the answer of this question I am having an issue in my towing truck which we use for Manhattan 24 Hour Towing.
