FIXED IT!!! Turns out the main jet had vibrated out, so while i had the carbs off I set the floats and now it runs like a bat out of hell.

as soon as you told me that I went and put them on, went up the road and it died i adjusted the carbs on the side of the road it would run at idle but as soon as you gave it any gas it would die.
