I got one of those tsubaki cam chains off eBay. It is beefier than the old one that was in there with the clip. I believe this has been addressed before on the forum.
If I recall correctly, there is no spec and Loud Mouse's advice is just to get them snug.
Be careful -- I've sheared the head off one of those bolts by being too heavy-handed.

Bill at Bore Tech has a good reputation I believe in vintage care circles. That particular kit is one way to go and probably uses modified CB350 64mm pistons which is what I used to use or may use modified 65mm CB350 pistons.
