Ed, I'm just a feller who likes to tinker with and ride around on these old Hondas. This is just a hobby for me and probably for most others on this forum as well. I sure didn't mean to cause anyone's blood pressure to spike with my apparently inappropriate question, I simply didn't know the answer ...

Question about pistons/bores
Do Honda twins need to have pistons replaced in matched pairs? Can a "std" piston/bore live next to a +.25 or even .50 oversize piston? Patient on the bench is only a 175, but I figure this board gets lots more looks than the "other twins" page.

Sounds good, Peter. Any words of advise regarding "control center" set up? I'm an old ECEA enduro rider, I know how to keep time the old fashioned way with a route sheet, odo, and clock, I assume that's all legal equip for a Moto Giro? I'm aware the special sections cannot be ridden with a count ...
