Thanks, Ed. Did you retap at M4x.70 thread or did you go with a M5 or M6?

Thanks, but I’m looking for the old JIS .75 thread pitch. The CL parts guide incorrectly identifies this as an M6 but everyone I’ve checked have M4’s. Anybody got an old CL switch sitting around with hardware?

Does anybody have a source for M4x0.75mm flat head screws? I have an ignition switch that is drilled for the old 0.75mm pitch screws. I need a couple. Thanks in advance.

I have tried to print the CL77 wiring diagram without much success. I can copy and print but the resolution is so low that it is unreadable. Does anyone have a better scan they can post or a link to a better scan. Thanks in advance.

Now I'm really confused. The frame has the early style front seat mount. Which does not look like it was added later. Also the brake cable bracket appears to be factory welded also. I just assumed that this was an early, small brake bike that had some parts swapped out later like so many others ...

Anybody recognize what kind of taillight housing is on the bike?

I agree about the forks and front but what about the single leading shoe rear brakes and the early style seat mount on the frame? Did Honda mix the Dual leading shoe and single leading shoe brakes front and rear on the same bike? I'm thinking that most likely for whatever reason ...
