1964 CA77 - dies at low rpm when headlight on!
This has me a little puzzled. Dies at red light when headlight on. turn headlight on it starts first kick. Battery showing 12 volts when checked. Also will not start using electric start, seems like not enough juice.
Could this be my rectifier? Is there a way to test the rectifier?

How to make the suspension on CA77 stiffer?
Hey guys,
anyone have any ideas on how to make the suspension a bit stiffer on my '64 CA77. I know that the soft suspension is what makes it a DREAM to ride. Feels like you're on a cloud. Would like tomato it a little stiffer.
Any thoughts appreciated.

As that part is pushed into the hole in the lower case I'd expect it to move out when the clutch cover is off.
They all do it. ...............lm
Is the shaft loose to the part toward the right end or the left?. ..............lm
