I'm glad you found your bike I got my nighthawk stolen in 86 never found it.
I left my Hodna Dream alone for about 2 months due to a clutch issue and it got a fuel leak while in storage it's taking me 2 weeks and lots of pacience to diagnose and repair.

Getting close to the ride I'm working a few kinks on my bike
I do this every year for 3 years now for a good cause , but this will be the first time I take my Dream to it.

No it came with the Keyster needle and another spare both Keyster D3
Should I still place the clip position on the middle?

So I got the carburetor removed cleaned
Needle is D3 I place it in second position.
I lapped the fuel needle with toothpaste as it was passing fuel I suspected
I'm waiting for:
New float (classic restorations )
Slow jet # 35 (loud mouse)
Gasket (loud mouse)

I also rehabilitated the fuel Petcock ...
