I did quite a bit of searching and I'm double checking to see if anyone has another recommendation.

I have a '65 CB77 that is stripped down for paint. I will be using the Dupli-Color DE1615 for the engine sidecovers.

That's very Cool.....I think I got lucky on a NOS Kickstart gear for reasonable. We'll see when it shows up at my door :)

Hello, I am looking for a good Kick Starter Gear (#28231-268-010) for a 1965 CB77 Build. The splines on mine are all chewed up.

Small update...Weather is Cold as hell at the moment...but we had a few good 50F days last weekend and Rose got a the bike partially stripped down and bagged/tagged for moving into the basement workshop.

Figured I'd introduce into the forum with a project for my wife. We got totally sidetracked while cruising around for a CB350k and walked home with a 1965 CB77 that is mostly complete.

Going to reassess the rim conditions after we get them off the bike and cleaned.

The rear looks OK, but I'm not sure that the front will work. It is the right size with the right number of holes, but the spoke angles may be quite different than the CB77. The rim that you have listed is for a CB360G, which is a disc brake bike. That has a small hub, thus longer spokes. David ...
