Just got my rebuilt CB77 engine running, and it is leaking oil from the center of the tach drive. I did install the washer, and have tried a different gear, but it is still leaking. I don't see where any seals or O-rings would go, except the one on the outside mount. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

That shaft actually has the same type washer at both ends of the shaft.
I asked cause there is a sort of rubber gasket/seal at the location of the threaded cover and the cable end and if the rubber seal isn't there or doesn't fit/seal the area ya can have a oil leak. ...................lm
