The Formula for the optimal number of old Honda projects is :-
Optimum number = n + 1
Where 'n' represents th enumber you have now.... :-)
I've used this formula many times and it seems to work for all values of 'n'.....
My upcoming 1962 CB72 started as just a set of crankcases.

Then I should consider these two mufflers an excellent start on CB77 number two. Or CB72 number one, depending on which motor follows me home.

My swing arm tightness issue is bugging me too much. I am going to pull the assembly back off and try to figure out the problem. i am thinking about getting another swing arm to see if that makes the problem goes away. Although, when the rear axle is tightened, the arm swings pretty nicely. I could compress the rear of the arm more and slip the inner seals in place. I don't know...

I would get another swingarm and compare the two. I think we confirmed your frame was OK so you should be OK going that route.
It would be good to get all the seals in place although I don't think the inner seals actulally take up any space as they fit over the bosses on the frame

Thank You for the keen eyes and helpful guidance. I've ordered a set of new seals and I will find another swing arm today. One of the large bike breakers is just three miles from my house. He has several guys dismantling and shipping all day long I'm going to try him first. Maybe I can pick up a frame to go with my extra muffs.

While looking online for a swing arm I found this nice clean original paint frame. I went ahead and bought it figuring I can use it and the center stand on another project down the road. Now I don't have to worry about what I'm going to do with that extra set of mufflers. I think I am going to leave these bushes alone.
