Sounds like you guys are wrapped up in pre 70's Hondas out there. We typically only see a few... The weather out there probably has allot to do with that as it seems to preserve them better. That's great that your still able to sell bikes during this time of the year - I'll have to wait until spring but the plan it to unload at least two by the end of April. Whats the deal with the small hub CL77? I have never heard of one coming with smaller hubs.

65, the first year of the CL77. 305 engine, in a CL72 chasis is my understanding. 66 they went to the aluminum forks, larger dual leading shoe brakes etc. Makes the small hubs rarer.

Thanks for the props man - I wish it would have worked out on the tires. I prepped the heck out of them including scrubbing them with purple stuff three times. Then sanding them with 100 grit emery cloth, cleaning with paint prep and then applied three very thin coats with a roller allowing 24hrs between each coat. In my opinion this stuff just doesn't work. Would it have been different if I would have inflated them first? Maybe... But I can guarantee you that I wont be the one to prove it!

Hey Brydman, the bike looks great. I wanted to ask you, what did you do to the engine to get it so clean? Did you blast it?

just an fyi, i used this on inflated tires on my vulcan 800, my buddies, vulcan 800 classic, and our other lady friends 86 rebel 450.
we figured we'd put it to a thorough test, and and 1 ride later, it's working out. course, there is snow everywhere right now, so may be a while before we can get you more info on that.
