I may have the last set of Kings street tires ever made!

As soon as I bought them a couple years ago, the source disappeared!

The rear is wearing quickly, so I've been looking also.

I've seen a couple sets of chen sheng 3.50-16 universal treads on ebay, but I think they are drying up also.

It looks like Coker may end up as the only supplier of bias ply left.

Ya, that thread is what got me to buy the insert in the first place. I figured the Kenda was a bias with the stiff sidewalls, but it doesn't say. I put in a search for bias ply tires and come up with this Pirelli Sport Demon, that is a replacement for bias; whatever cross ply means (maybe bias sounds old fashion):

Just tried to put an order for one of these at $81 in the 100/90 size but had trouble with their pay site; thought I mights as well see if fits or not.

I have them on my dream and am pleased so far.

The product info says they are not intended for radial tires, as the sidewalls flex much more than bias ply tires do, and most metric sized tires are radials.

However, that statement may apply mostly to car tires as that is what they were originally designed for.

I do know that the Kenda tires I used before had a very stiff sidewall, and may not be a problem for the inserts.

Also, even though 100/90 is listed as a substitute for 3.25 on some charts, the 100/90 is considerably wider as measured, so a 90/90 is probably closer to original size.

I would get a bias ply 3.25 or 3.50 if I could with the inserts if possible.

After much Googling, I've found Michelin M45's, Conti K112/RB-2, and Metzler "Block C" all in the correct 3.25 size, but only available overseas as far as I can find so far.
