I didn't know there were two kind of oil seals. Of course I bought the wrong ones :)

Thank you, do you perhaps know where I can find a new one? David silver and cmsnl doesn't have them anymore.

I probably have the same problem with my kickstart pawl, the kicker doesn't engage at all...

Find a piece of (hardend) steel and a dremel is what I would do...

Forgot what Mr. Honda himself said ?

Try something, if it fails, you now know how not to do it, try again.

(or something like that)

It can't be all to difficult with a dremel I would say... yes, patience and time, learning and building skills is fun !

I installed new all balls bearings. With the old bearing ring it's easy to install the new one:

I was just wondering what number 3 is in this parts picture. It's like a rubber cushion but I wasn't on the bike.
