The standpipe is 5.0 mm OD brass tube. ID is a nominal 4.0.
It protrudes 90mm from the top face of the tap, inside the nut.

I'm in the process of fixing all of the dead links to the photos in this journal. Photobucket changed the links and a lot of them don't work.

Chiming in here as I was interested in seeing your photos. Photobucket seems to be having problems ! Will keep trying.
