What do you think the issue is? I did notice that some of the rear spoke nipples ran further on to the spoke than the front ones. Do you have a particular issue?
With older British bikes and aftermarket spokes it is common to have to grind off any excess spoke after final truing.

This will throw the rim a bit to one side. .....................lm
