In ordering the shoes, the suppliers specify as fitting the large drum. Should I assume that is in reference to the double leading verses single?

That sounds like a question for the CL bikes. I'm away at the moment so unable to check if CL and CB TLS front brakes use the same shoes.....

Inner Swingarm Bronze Bushing/Frame Clearance Problem

Hi Everyone
I am using DSS bronze bushings on my swing arm. The part of the bush that is exposed after they are installed is quite a bit thicker than the originals. My frame is powder coated so I knew I was going to have to file that off. But I don't think that is going to be nearly enough. Do you suggest filing the bushes back until they clear? I'd rather ask a dumb question than fix a stupid mistake.
Thanks
Steve

I would adjust the flange on the bushes until they are the same as the originals. Strange that they would make them thicker...
I have the luxury of a lathe so easy for me. Careful filing with constant checks that you have the flange level should work. It would also be worth telling DSS that they are not right.
Have you pressed them in now?
