Thanks, I forgot to mention that it starts and idles and runs fine around town, but it will not go above 55. I'll check the adjustments.

Finally got some pics of it. Can anyone tell me what year it is from the VIN, please.

I will have more info tomorrow, but there is a realy nice looking, white CA77 for sale in my neighborhood for $1500. I am thinking it is a good deal, but I do not know what the value of such should be. Any input of a ballpark figure would be appreciated.
