I have noticed my cl77 has a ticking noise coming from the engine only under light acceleration, I don't hear it if it is idling or under hard acceleration. I don't hear it if I have the bike in neutral and rev it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance - Aron

I have the same headlight on mine. I had a hard time finding it, I dont have a part number for you. I found mine on ebay, that is probably the place to look if you havent found one yet.

Good luck it took me a long time to find one. Just keep watching ebay, you have to look at the pictures specifically for the 3 tabs, 2 for the mounting screws and 1 for the adjuster. I also found out there are 2 different capsules. One is a sealed beam and one has a replaceable bulb.

The battery in my CL77 seems to be on its way out. I noticed the batterys for the CA/CB 77 are a little larger, Is the battery box larger in them?
