Hello Clarenceada answering your question i not change nothing only the pistons because i cant find the original size for my 305 thas all the information the bore was change to fix the new pair of pistons and the rod is the original some little change in your carbs the jet nedle two sizes more mine ...

You have a good motorcycle mine it´s not restored yed but i have the siren and the front bumper ,and of course the stay patrol light, red color was made it for the fire department in Bolivia, Sud America

Thanks for the reply this motorcicle still is mine and works for the fire departament in the early 60th and 70th and my grandpa buy it in the 73 its one of the motorcicle family still runs well only one major repeair was done the original pistons change the bore and the stroke from honda xl 185, inc...
