when i spritz carb cleaner into the air intake of the carb, the idle drops. I disassembled the carb and cleaned the idle jet (and everything else) and reassembled. same issue. as i turn the air screw in, the the idle increases and the engine will not die with it all the way in. could the jet be too...

You the wheel balanced like it will be when you ride. If it's attached to the wheel and spins, it should be balanced. Think of it this way, when everything is assembled and on the bike, you can pull the axel, remove the wheel to balence it. The brakes don't spin, so you don't need these.

Hi folks. I am about to have my tires, tubes and rim strips changed. How much of the wheel has to be together before they can be balanced? I just had the drums turned so I have to put the bearings in (after I clean and repack them ). Can they be balanced after that or does the entire hub assembly h...

Is your battery charged? You will need a test light to trace down the problem. Ground one end, and work your way from the light to the battery to find where the problem is.
