Yes he does. I bought both of his books. Supposed to be here in 3 to 4 weeks. Didn't buy the cd though. Should I, or will I be ok with just the books right now?

Can anyone tell me what year, and also what books I should start buying to try and get these running? Also I know they need batteries and probably the regular tune up so any help with oil or plugs would be helpful.
