So, just dump por-15 in the tank, let it sit, and then dump it out. Sounds to easy. Will it also take rust off the outer-sides, and if so, where can I get it?

I have just gotten a 1965 super hawk, and I have run into a snag. There is quite a bit of rust not only on the outside paint area, but there is rust inside of the gas tank itself.
