The stock rims are 18 inch, 32 hole. The only other info you need is the Effective Rim Diameter, or ERD. Spoke sets can be bought fairly readily on Ebay, and I respoked them myself. The outer diameter of the fork uppers on the CB-77 is 32mm. On the plus side, the steering bearing set is the same on a lot of the same bikes af the time. I would suggest the back-issue of Motorcycle Mechanics, circa somewhere in the dec 2000 to April 2001 range. Mark Haycock ran a year long article on restoring a Superhawk to running condition and he did overhaul the forklegs. I will look thorugh my issues and see if I can't pin down the issue date.<...
