I like the looks of this tank, and a decent price too. I thought he had a picture of a tank on a 305 but I didn't see it when I scaned his gallery again.

Okay, could be a CB motor since it kicks forward. Though it's probably more likely someone put a CB stator/kicker cover on a CL replacement motor. Looked all over the fins and don't see any numbers. Next steps will be to stuff that motor into my CL frame. Haven't seen a CL cafe version before. Maybe...

Was there supposed to be more numbers on the frame? I looked again and then scrubbed and scraped and there's only 5 numbers on that frame. Huge space between the CB77 and the numbers but there's nothing else there. Unless someone restamped it?

I remember my older brother was the only one of us that could start it and I also remember his knee getting launched into the handle bars when it kicked back. Funny how I always remembered it being a 305 dream, of cour...

Hawk+Scrambler=?

I've had what I thought was a Dream with Scrambler pipes for about 35 years now just sitting with the rest of my junk. On closer inspection the frame is CB77 10588 so it's a Super Hawk, however it appears someone turned it into a semi-chopper as the forks are raked out a bit. Check out the awesome 1...
