Got off work early today and dug a little deeper into the Dream. The engine is free, and I can turn it by hand with a wrench on the alternator. I can see both pistons moving up and down and there is some kind of oil in the crankcase, looks sort of red like AT fluid tho. Tires are still holding air. ...

Clockwise on the bolt.....either remove the brake pedal or just remove the small cover, which gives access to the flywheel. Thanks, clockwise it is. Can I try and turn the engine over by spinning the back wheel in gear, or is there a better way? Remove the right engine cover and turn the flywheel bolt. Thanks! I found the frame number, it is CA78 313690

Engine VIN is CA77E 319104

I'm thinking a 63 or 64, can anyone narrow it down for me?

I am thinking along the same lines as the last two posters, thanks for the info on the handlebars. They just didn't look right to me, but then the cables reached so?????
