What Up, G?? :) Yeah, the book I'm working from is the Clymer Collection Series Vintage Japanese Street Bikes manual; the book covers CL72/77's, but not the CA77 specifically, although it DOES say to use the 72/77 specs for the CA77. Might also want to try "How To Restore Your Motorcycle", by Mark Zimmerman as well; it's a great, easy-to-read book, and from what I understand it's being re-released with color pictures...the first one only had B/W, but it's WELL worth it! Zimmerman knows his stuff; I have the Maintenence book as w...

I would like to thank all you guys who volunteered the advice, though; it was a tough nut to crack, for me, and I'm sure I'll be posting here again; and I'll definitely keep you informed as to how it's going as work progresses. Thanks all!

HA!! VICTORY IS MINE!! So I'm out in the garage taking off the clutch, rotor, and assorted pieces and wound up stripping out one of the bolts holding the little brass round thing on the side of the case the rotor is attached to; finally, after what I thought was WAAY too long, I finally get it out a...

Hi Rw; thanks for the pic; it gives me some idea of what I have to work with...and that's not to scale, is it...? :) I'll get in there and poke around, but without being able to go around the whole piston, it might be rather difficult... "...be advised you could snap the flange off the sleeve and dr...
