CB750 liners are fine. They need to be shortened and the barrels have to be bored to fit them and then bored again to match the pistons. The liner will need a scallop taken out of the top flange to clear one of the studs, or reduce the flange OD. Crankcase mouth should be opened out to clear your ne...

Interesting cam. It almost looks like an old Norris regrind. Pop it in a motor with light springs on two valves and measure lift every few degrees to build a lift curve.

Or find someone with a Cam Doctor and rotary and linear encoders

correct, but try rotating 360degrees and repeat the process. Loosen the lock nut, loosen the bolt and watch to see if the plunger moves in. If necessary, apply tension with a wrench on the crank applying pressure in reverse to make sure the rear side of the cam chain is under zero tension.

2mm were offered as a big bore modification and can be bored into stock liners. The crown is fine - if it's a big bore 160 and not a 175 piston.

175 pistons won't fit inside a 160 head.

If your motor is running 155 psi on both sides, I'd keep those pistons on the shelf for the day they are needed.

Not running, no title, wrong mufflers and seat and it's not a particularly sought after model suggests that the pricing is a touch high.

I'm a cheapskate, but I wouldn't expect anyone to pay much more than dollar per cc

That sprocket is DOA. The rear faces of each tooth look OK but check the left (drive) face. See how bad that looks. Replace the sprocket and then buy a new chain and check the front while you are at it. Where is the battery vent on your bike? That's the most common cause of failed links in my experi...
