CLUTCH WILL NOT RELEASE

I am having an issue with my clutch since I pulled the stator/chain sprocket cover off on my 61 CB77. I replaced the stator with an newer better charging unit and a later model rectifier which I will report on once I can ride it. Anyway, the clutch does not disengage now. Carb syncronizing with tubes

I am working on a 61 CB-77 Superhawk. I have read all the carb syncronizing threads and none talk about using balancing tubes. Is it possible to use balancing tubes and get the carbs spot on? If someone has done this I would like to know the procedures. I tried using the tubes on the ports below and...
