I know Jack and can say that you won't find a more honest nor generous person. I know that he is drinking thru the firehose as he sorts thru his parts. I just looked at a couple of his gasket sets to confirm the application based on my OEM gaskets. We also have a Honda dealer that is a mutual friend...

Motogiro is April 30 and May 1 in Greenville, NY. I will take pics and post. I normally put my GoPro on the bike, too. But uploading vids takes forever. I'm having second thoughts about riding the S90. It's been acting up and I might change class and run the CB160. I've never run that bike in the gi...

G-man, BD99,

Thanks guys but one of the members on the S90 forum sent a nut to me. Little wrench rash, but looks right since the bike is all original

I'm good but do appreciate your offered assistance.

regards,
Rob

Hope someone has a used one for you because, while they're readily available for under $1 to $2, the parts places want $8 to ship. Example: http://www.amazon.com/Honda-94021-08000-0S-Nut-Cap-8MM/dp/B00AJVGBSA http://www.partzilla.com/parts/detail/honda/HP-94021-08000.html Good luck! Edited to add: ...

Need CB160 head acorn nut

Because I'm a grayhaired old bonehead, I managed to post this in the wrong section the first time around. So let's try this again. I'm short an acorn nut for my S90. It is the same nut used on the head studs of a CB160 (and probably other 160's) and the shock mounts on S90 machines. It is a standard...

Turns out that because I did not have the engine together to test the fit, I had to guestimate and I missed the proper height by a smidgeon. Although it clears the rear engine sprocket cover when at rest, when the suspension flexes, it just barely rubs and took the paint off. I view it as looking or...

My experience is the plastic nuts crack due to creep over time. You are probably better off with something like this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZOGlgVldAs I have a brass knurled nut on mine that I nickel plated. I use a rubber gasket behind it to keep it in place and protect the paint. regard...
