I got a better quality video to share this time. I was going to try to ride it tonight but when I tried to put it in gear it stalled out. I'm thinking I need to adjust the clutch. If anyone has any advice on doing this it would be appreciated.

I'll be sure to do that hopefully by tomorrow. My family told me it was a 65 but it wasn't ever certain. The VIN number is CA77E-401297. I've read that the E meant there was a small change to something which put around 65 or later right before they changed it to CA78. Thanks again on the compliments.
