The more I look at a stock front fender the more I like the look of a CA95 fender on a CA77. To me the front fender just never looked right-like the fender was a leftover military item or the front tire should be wider...I really worried what the "purists" would think of such disregard...But the mor...

Use a Rubber!
Take a bicycle or motorcycle tube and stuff it in the tank leaving just the valve stem hanging out....
Wrap some straps around the tank to keep it from unfolding and slowly air up the tube..I have used this technique with varing degrees of sucess depending where the dent is...

While I was finishing up my Buddies bike for his dad I also found some time to work on this, a 1976 DT-125 electric start-I am not finished with it yet but had to get a few pics before it gets stored for the winter....
