Wanted - CB77 Front Fender

Hello all, I'm looking for a front fender for a cafe racer project I'm working on. I started this project with boxes of parts from a 1962 Honda CB77 my father-in-law had while in the army in the late sixties. I do not need a fender in original condition. A bobbed fender would be just perfect. I also...

Re: Brake shoe and brake arm springs

G-man, Thanks for the reply. Your picture shows exactly what I was talking about. Those are the two types of springs I have. It looks like the shorter fatter ones are stronger and therefore would result in a harder pull at the handle. Do you think Honda switched to the longer, skinner ones because o...

I have 4 sets of brake shoe springs. 2 sets have thicker wire and larger diameter coils. The other 2 sets have thinner wire and smaller diameter coils. Did Honda use different springs f...

Wheel hub collar

This may be a dumb question, but do the collars between the wheel bearings get packed with grease? I am using sealed wheel bearings so I know those won’t need grease but I am unsure what to do with the collar between the bearings. Any and all advice greatly appreciated.

Front fork pistons

As I continue my trail and error on these pinned front fork Pistons it appears they are not interchangeable. From what I can tell the fork piston was assembled to the fork tube then the holes were drilled and pinned with subtle differences in the spacing from fork tube to fork tube. In fact you have...
