Which part could be over tightened? That does make sense.

I have had the carb apart many times now and as soon as I start it up and open up the throttle one slide sticks. I've tried polishing the slide and the inside of the carb but no luck. It moves super smooth when it's put together. But if you run it then it sticks. Not sure if the heat is doing somthi...
