Finally got my dream to run but the problem is that its very hard to kick start it in the morning. I have a battery connected but it doesn't hold charge very well. I know you can kick start even if the battery is dead so I dont think its the battery. The only way for me to start it is by jumping it ...

I basically took out all the bolts and what not for the stator but that thing won't budge. I'm not familiar with working on this bike so any help would be helpful.
