I believe so - the directions I have are this: Loosen 10mm bolt, turn clutch adjuster R-L-R, then move back ( left ) 1/8", tighten bolt. Use cable adjusters to adjust lever to approx. 1/4" freeplay. Until now I had not focused on this as I was stuck on the idea that I should be able to see the plate...
