anybody know the torque specs for the two motor side covers?

First of all the oil level check is done with the dip stick fully screwed in , or sitting on top of the case? Second is there anywhere besides e-bay to find pipes for the bike? Is that the large flat head screw next to the rubber covers view port?

I know there is two places to mess with the clutch adjustment on a Harley
But on these dreams is there only the adj at the lever or is there another place?
She seems to have a slippery clutch furring 2nd and 3rd gear, firsts is fine
