Fired an email off to Colin from Campbell'sclassicmotorcycles based in Sydney who breathes and races classic Honda's. His outcome was to rebuild the engine and put on a nice exhaust and remove the baffles. Keep it simple. The parts required to do the cam, carb method were not readily availble here a...

I picked up an original swing bike from the 70's a few years back. The ones that steer/swivel from under the bananna seat as well as the Handel bars. Awesome thing to ride to the shops and freak people out

Some slightly better pics. Seems there will be a bit of work ahead of me. Being a complete novice, I'm probably too green to realise my limits and move on, instead, plough ahead and hope the glass is half full.
