Does anyone know if the tappet covers from a 1967 CL77 will fit a 1966 CB77?

Racing Piston replacement
I'm replacing the stock pistons on my 66 CB77 with Kenig racing pistons that feature higher compression. My question is: Will this have an impact elsewhere on the engine such as timing, valves, etc.?

Hi 48lesco, Thanks for the message, especially the info regarding the fact that the case didn't change after 1963.
