I repaired the banjo bolt (in carb) threads using a 3/8ths x 24 heli coil set. The taped hole comes out to 11mm which leaves plenty of metal for strength. Thank you. I tried a die that size but seemed wrong. Was not sure if it was the bolt or thread pitch. I've got a few carb bodies with bad threads that I want to try and repair. I've got nothing to lose but time and if it works as planed it might help others.

Does anyone know what the thread size is on the fuel line banjo bolts?

Easy to see one is shorter than the other.
