Easy enough to do it yourself. Those tail light brackets are available from many of the saddlebag manufacturers or on ebay.

Perhaps the lens can be removed, but those reflectors that I’ve worked on were not chromed, but had a chrome-like film on them.

I use Heidenau tires. K33 3.00 x 18 rear and K39 2.75 x 18 front.
