CA77 Kickstarter rubber sleeve
Does anyone have a sure fire way to install one of these rubber sleeves without tearing it? I twist and push the rubber on and about 2/3 of the way, it rips. I even use a bit of motor oil to help it slide. Lost about 3-4 rubber sleeves so far. Hopefully someone has some ideas.

Correct original style tires for my 1965 CA77
Folks, I know the correct original size tire was a 3.25x16 for both front and rear. My bike currently has 3.5x16 Firestone Deluxe Champion blackwall tires that are stiff and God only knows how old they are. I plan on showing this bike so I want to know what the correct width whitewalls are (narrow o...

Camshaft chain confusion
Need some advice...the camshaft chain on my 1965 Dream is a DK219. I purchased a 219H chain recently and upon trying to install it, I found that the master link I also bought off of ebay wouldn't fit (pin too big). I guess I didn't know there was a physical difference between DK219 and 219H chains. ...

Thick versus thin piston rings
Just went to install a set of standard piston rings for my 65 Dream and discovered the top two were too thick. Checking Bill Silvers book, he discusses thick and thin rings. The rings I had were 13010-266-000. Obviously, my pistons take the thin rings. What is the correct part number for these rings...
